Digital Print
Digital print has revolutionised the sign business. It is now possible to print full colour images onto self adhesive vinyl for mounting onto vehicles, signs or any substrate that is smooth.
It is also possible to print directly onto selected substrates removing the need to mount vinyl.

We always recommend laminating after print onto vinyl, this provides additional protection from scratching and UV resistance for prolonged colourfastness.
Along with the printing and lamination it is possible to 'contour cut' shapes, this is ideal for labels. Registration marks are printed and the job is then loaded onto a cutter, an optical eye on the cutter recognises the marks and proceeds to cut the shape. Irregularly shaped labels can now be produced without the need for expensive dies to be made and short runs of colour labels are now cost effective.
Labels which are then domed are ideal for product marking.
